How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days.

Yes, our products are formulated specifically for Indian skin types, including sensitive skin. However, we always recommend performing a patch test before full application.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy for products that are damaged during transit or if the wrong item was delivered. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery across most pin codes in India. You can also pay via Credit/Debit cards, UPI, and Net Banking for a contactless experience.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Absolutely. Dr. Sheth's is proud to be a 100% vegan and cruelty-free brand. We do not test our formulations on animals.
